Submit teacher SGOs for approval and score any tiered SGO in the same form. Only input values one time. No hand scoring, all scoring output information automatically fills in on the fields. Input interface prints as the 2014-15 SGO form provided by AchieveNJ. Simplifies setting and scoring SGOs and saves time for all teachers and administrators.
Accommodates "Achievement" or "Growth" SGO's. Calculates the teacher score on the standard 4 point scale as required by AchieveNJ. One purchase provides a full and permanent school wide license to keep and use as needed. Teachers simply enter student names, pre and post assessment scores and tier levels (for tiered) and it outputs the teacher score. Two worksheets on the form to score the required 2 SGO's per teacher. The form can be distributed with a single email to all teachers in the school. A screen capture video (provided) demonstrates exactly how to enter SGO specifications and produce results. |
This activity will make it faster to work on Excel for anybody working on simulations from The Spreadsheet Lab Manual or any other spreadsheets. Keyboard commands save time compared to using the mouse to find the specific command that you are looking to execute in a drop down menu.
Some of the keyboard commands described with this activity are highlighting ranges of cells, copying, pasting, reformatting, changing the appearance of cells, toggling between worksheets, jumping to the end of large columns or rows and many other things that will save time and allow you to work more smoothly. Navigating a large spreadsheet can be difficult using a mouse. If you work on spreadsheets regularly or even occasionally it is worth it to learn these shortcuts.
