Dear CSAAPT Physics Colleagues,
Thank you for your attentiveness and interest in spreadsheet modeling with Spreadsheet Lab Manual. For Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Mathematical content modeling representations and essential data skills, learning STEM on Excel or Google Spreadsheets is high-value-added PD training as it incorporates multiple, separate benefits to the student experience. I am currently available to provide a workshop for your high school or community college science department for which every teacher will surely find something that will directly benefit students. I would be happy to discuss this with you, department supervisor or administrator if you find these materials helpful. If there is any other single content area in which you would like to review SLM resources please let me know and I will share this with you as education is my primary mission. While I do teach full time, I appreciate the financial support provided through providing professional in-service contracts and can assure you that the experience, whether remote or in person, will be a good investment of your and your colleagues' valuable time.
Sincerely,
Michael McConnell
